Flyers

We prepare color flyers of your home.  They are displayed in our office, sent to out-of-town buyers, shared with the public, and used at our open houses.

Newspaper

Of course, we do advertise in the local paper.  Contrary to popular belief, seldom if ever is a home sold because of an ad in the newspaper.  We advertise for several reasons, and one is to get the phone to ring whether it is about your house or someone else's, and second, sellers like to see tangible proof of us working for them.

Website

Just the fact that you are reading this indicates that our web site is a major force for advertising.  We keep our site updated with changes in the market, properties sold, expired, and withdrawn.

Realtor.com

Our office is featured Realtor.com also.  We get numerous inquiries about our properties and, of course, about our community.

Century21.com

CENTURY 21 ® is a nationally-recognized name for real estate.1   Buyers in other states moving to our community naturally come to us for our help.

Open Houses

We advertise your open house on the web.  The public looks to see what will be open on the weekend so that they can make arrangements.  This is also a non-threatening way for buyers to look at property.  Some buyers are rather unsure of what is expected of them and choose this as a way to get their feet wet.

Relocation Companies

CENTURY 21 Associated Professionals, Inc. is a Principal Broker for CARTUS.  CARTUS assists many of the nation's largest companies with their relocation needs.  Our company is proud to be a part of this organization.  We also have partnerships with other relocation companies.

Agents

This is your best source of advertising.  Our agents get paid to sell your house so that it is upper-most on their minds, and they spend a lot of time, effort, and money to see that it gets done.
